Where are you located?

Laney Logan Baking Co. operates out of Pittsboro, NC. Our production kitchen is based in the heart of Pittsboro, and while our pickup location is outside of Pittsboro near Jordan Lake, the exact address will be provided after booking.

How do I place a custom order?​

All custom orders can be requested through our [Custom Order Form]. Once submitted, we will review your request and get back to you within 24-48 hours to confirm availability, pricing, and details.
How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order as early as possible, as availability fills up quickly. Custom orders typically require at least 7 days' notice, but rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
How much do custom treats cost?

Do you offer delivery?
Most of the time, pickup is required, but we may be able to accommodate a delivery for an additional fee, depending on location and availability. Please inquire about delivery options when placing your order.

Our kitchen is not allergen-free. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you require a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but in some cases, they may be applied to a future order.
How should I store my treats?
Storage instructions vary depending on the type of treat. Specific guidelines can be found here and will also be provided at pickup to ensure your treats stay fresh and delicious.
Do you ship your treats?
At this time, we do not offer shipping. All orders are available for local pickup or delivery.
